Cooler And Hoses, Charge Air: Removal: Cooler

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the left Charge Air Cooler (CAC) hose (1).

  3. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the right CAC hose (1).
  4. Remove the active shutter grille. Refer to GRILLE, ACTIVE SHUTTER, REMOVAL .

  5. Remove the bolts (1) and the CAC (2) by lifting straight up and out.
