Cooler And Hoses, Charge Air: Installation: Cooler

  1. Install the Charge Air Cooler (CAC). Tighten the bolts to 20 N.m (15 ft. lbs.).
  2. Install the active shutter grille. Refer to GRILLE, ACTIVE SHUTTER, INSTALLATION .

  3. Install the right CAC hose (1) and tighten the clamp to 6 N.m (53 in. lbs.).

  4. Install the left CAC hose (1) and tighten the clamp to 6 N.m (53 in. lbs.).
  5. Connect the battery negative cable.
