Front - Heavy Duty

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  2. Remove the wheel and tire assembly.
    NOTE:

    Do not allow brake hose to support caliper adapter assembly.

  3. Remove the caliper from the steering knuckle, and remove caliper adapter assembly. Refer to CALIPER, DISC BRAKE, REMOVAL .
  4. With Dual Rear Wheels (DRW) only, remove the extension to the rotor nuts and remove the extension.
  5. Remove the rotor from the hub/bearing wheel studs.
