(D51) OR (D65) CAN C BUS (+) CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
(D52) OR (D64) CAN C BUS (-) CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
DTCS RELATED TO BATTERY VOLTAGE, IGNITION, OR VIN MESSAGES
