WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2015 RAM 3500 HD and 2015 RAM 2500 HD. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. WATER IN WIF SENSOR 2
    1. Turn the ignition off.
    2. Disconnect the WIF Sensor 2 harness connector.
    3. Ignition on, engine not running.
      NOTE:

Check connectors - Clean/repair as necessary.

    4. Measure the voltage between the (K303) WIF Sensor 2 circuit and the (K900) Sensor ground circuit at the WIF Sensor 2 harness connector.

Is the voltage between 4.5 and 5.5 Volts?

      Yes

      • Replace the Water in Fuel Sensor 2 in accordance with the service information.
      • Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST - 6.7L. Refer to POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST - 6.7L .
