When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

At key off the PCM closes the EGR Valve tight with a -30% duty cycle for 300 ms and reads the sensor voltage. This offset value is stored in the PCM non volatile memory.
- Then with the engine running during normal operation and the EGR Valve closed, the PCM runs an error monitor that compares the difference between the actual EGR Valve position and learned position.
