Tailpipe, Exhaust: Removal: 5.7L

- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Saturate the clamp nut with heat valve lubricant and allow 5 minutes for penetration.
- Remove the tailpipe to muffler clamp (1).
- Disconnect the tailpipe from the isolators (2).
- Separate the tailpipe from the muffler and remove the tailpipe.
