Condition One:

Output Speed is greater than 250 rpm for four seconds.
Transmission Range is not in Park or Neutral.
Engine Speed is greater than 300 rpm.
Transmission is not currently in a gear change.

Set Condition:

32,000 consecutive Output Speed sensor pulses without Input Speed sensor pulses for two consecutive Ignition cycles.
