6.7L Diesel

  1. Disconnect and isolate both of the both negative battery cables.
  2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  3. Remove the air cleaner body and the turbocharger inlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL, 6.7L DIESEL .
  4. Remove the generator assembly. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVAL .

  5. Remove the bolts (1) and the water pump (2).

  6. Remove and discard the O-ring seal (1) from water pump (3). Clean water pump sealing surface on cylinder block.
