Standard Procedure - Drain And Fill

Raise and support vehicle.
Remove drain plug (1) on transmission (2) and drain fluid.
Install drain plug and tighten to 57 N.m (42 ft. lbs.).

Remove fill plug (1) on right side of the transmission (2).
Fill transmission to approximately 16 mm (0.625 inch) from the bottom of the fill hole.
Install fill plug and tighten to 57 N.m (42 ft. lbs.).
