Diagnostic Test

- CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC
- Turn the ignition on.
- With a scan tool, read DTCs.
Is the DTC active?
Yes
- Go To 2
No
- Perform the INTERMITTENT CONDITION diagnostic procedure. Refer to INTERMITTENT CONDITION .
- CHECK THE DRIVER DOOR MODULE (DDM) FOR ANY SEAT BELT SENSOR DTCS
- With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Are there any DTCs in the Driver Door Module also set?
Yes
- Perform the diagnostics in the DDM. Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING .
No
- Replace and program the Driver Door Module (DDM) in accordance with the Service Information. Refer to REMOVAL . Refer to MODULE PROGRAMMING .
- Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST .
- With the scan tool, read DTCs.
