Set Condition

If the closed loop ZFC has not been active since the last time the 'Time-to-Enter-Closed-Loop-ZFC-Diagnostic' has run for a calibrated amount of time, the excessive time to enter closed loop fuel timing control fault will be set. This is a two Trip Fault.
