Valve, 3-Way Coolant: Installation: Installation

- Install the three way coolant valve bracket (1) on the right front frame rail.
- Install and tighten bolts (2) to 20 N.m (177 in. lbs.).
- Connect the coolant lines (1) to the three way coolant valve (2).
- Connect the three way coolant valve wire harness connector.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- After the three way coolant valve is replaced, using a scan tool navigate to Misc. Functions and select the Coolant Three Way Valve Replaced selection to clear the Coolant Three Way Valve counter.
