Sensor, Water In Fuel: Removal: Removal

  1. The Water In Fuel (WIF) sensor is not a serviceable item. If diagnosis led you to replace the fuel heater, then the fuel filter/water separator housing must be replaced. Remove the fuel filter/water separator assembly. Refer to SEPARATOR AND FILTER, FUEL AND WATER, REMOVAL .
