Ram Box Lid

  1. Remove the two screws (3) from the latch cover (1).
  2. Remove the three bolts (2) from the latch cover (1).
  3. Route the escape handle (4) through the slot in the latch cover.

  4. If equipped with a lock actuator (2)
    1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
    2. Position the latch cover slightly away the latch.
    3. Disconnect the actuator wiring connector (3) and linkage (1).

    4. Remove the two wiring grommets (1) from the lid.
    5. Carefully, pull the wiring (2) out of the lid.

  5. Remove the two hinge bolts (2) from the hinge (1) and repeat on the opposite side.
  6. Remove the lid from the vehicle.
