Valve, Manual Shut-Off: Removal: Removal

  1. Perform CNG fuel tube purging. Refer to FUEL TUBE PURGING - CNG .

  2. Remove the cylinder tank top cover (2).

  3. Remove the screws (3) that support the valve to the valve bracket (2).
  4. Remove the bolts (1) that secure the 1/4 turn valve bracket to the cylinder tank cages.

  5. Remove the pressure line (4) from the forward cylinder tank.
  6. Remove the line at the one way check valve located at the 1/4 turn valve (1).
  7. Remove the filter supply line at the T-fitting (2).
  8. Remove the filler line at the one way check valve (3).
