When Monitored And Set Conditions

When Monitored:
This diagnostic runs continuously when the following condition is met:
- Ignition on in the run position.
Set Conditions:
- Module detects less than 0.2 volt on the Fused Ignition circuit for more than two seconds.
Default Actions:
- When user turns on the Heated Steering Wheel, indicator comes on for 2 seconds and turns off.
