When Monitored And Set Conditions

When Monitored:
This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Engine running.
- Heated Steering Wheel turned on.
Set Conditions:
- Module detects on the Heated Steering Wheel Return circuit a current level below its threshold for more than two seconds.
Default Actions:
- When user turns on the Heated Steering Wheel, indicator comes on for 2 seconds and turns off.
