When Monitored And Set Conditions

When Monitored:
This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Engine running.
- Controller voltage between 9.0 and 16.0 volts.
- Heated Steering Wheel output is turned off.
Set Conditions:
- Module detects voltage on the Heated Steering Wheel Return circuit for more than two seconds with the output turned off.
Default Actions:
- When the Heated Steering Wheel is turned on, the ON indicator comes on for 2.0 seconds and then turns off.
- Heated Steering Wheel output is turned off.
