When Monitored

Pressure Regulator:
- Ignition ON.
- Output stages power supply is activated.
Solenoids:
- Short to Battery:
- Output stages power supply is activated.
- Output stage is commanded above 5% PWM.
- Open Circuit or Short to Ground:
- Output stages power supply is activated.
