IN-RUSH CURRENT RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN/HIGH RESISTANCE
IN-RUSH CURRENT RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
IN-RUSH CURRENT RELAY (ICR) STUCK OPEN
IN-RUSH CURRENT CONTROL RELAY
POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER (PDC)
