When Monitored

Any time an engine crank command is given.

Set Conditions: 

Immediately after reaching the "start" state, a timer begins to check the overall start time. If the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) does not see the engine speed increase to over 750 RPM within five seconds after the start command is given, a fault is set. One trip fault. If the vehicle is equipped with the stop/start feature, the system will be disabled when this DTC is active.
