- This DTC will set if the PCM or a Fuel Injector was replaced and the Injector Quantity Adjustment function was not performed.

- Program the Injector Quantity Adjustment into the Powertrain Control Module.
- Perform the PCM VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to PCM VERIFICATION TEST .
