Possible Causes

(R63) DRIVER SQUIB 2 LINE 1 CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
(R61) DRIVER SQUIB 2 LINE 2 CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
CLOCKSPRING
DRIVER AIRBAG
OCCUPANT RESTRAINT CONTROLLER (ORC)
