The Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor is located in the air intake port between the air filter and the turbocharger. The MAF sensor is a hot film thermal flowmeter with an integrated intake air temperature, humidity and pressure sensor. The MAF sensor is designed for recording load on combustion engines with diesel fuel injection and has a cylinder size in accordance with the required air flow rate.
