After the diagnostics for Secondary Air Injection System High Airflow (P2448) and Air Pump Switch Stuck Open (P2440) have passed. ECT above 0° C (32° F), ambient air temperature within approximately 2 degrees of ECT, actual air flow is less than or equal to model air flow, and Secondary Air Flow diagnostic counter above 150 (approximately 4.5 seconds).
