Diagnostic Test

- VERIFY DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) IS ACTIVE NOTE:
Make sure the IOD fuse is installed and 12-volt battery voltage is between 10 and 16 Volts before proceeding.
- Using the scan tool, read active HVAC DTCs.
Is this DTC active?
Yes
- Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING and perform the diagnostic procedure for U0141-Lost Communication With IPM (FCM/TIPM).
No
- Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING and perform the Stored Lost Communication DTC diagnostic procedure.
- Using the scan tool, read active HVAC DTCs.
