Plate, Carrier: Removal: Removal

  1. Remove trim panel. Refer to PANEL, DOOR TRIM, REMOVAL .
  2. Remove glass. Refer to GLASS, DOOR, REMOVAL .
  3. Disconnect wire harness from A-pillar.
  4. Disconnect power mirror connector.

  5. Accessing through latch plug (2), disconnect latch and handle links.
  6. Remove door latch fasteners from door shut face. Refer to LATCH, DOOR, REMOVAL .
  7. Remove ten carrier plate fasteners (1).
  8. Remove carrier plate from door.
