Actuator, Fuel Control: Installation: Installation

- Lubricate new Fuel Control Actuator (FCA) O-ring with clean oil.
- Install FCA into the injection pump. Tighten screws (1) to 7 N.m (62 in. lbs.).
- Install the engine cover (2) and fasteners (1, 4).
- Install the engine oil dipstick (3).
- Connect both negative battery cables.
