Receptacle, Fuel Fill: Installation: Installation

Using care, route the filler line (3) through the access hole at the fender (4).
Install the rubber grommet (2) onto the inner fender.

Align the filler receptacle (2) to the fuel shroud.
Install the CNG filler lock nut (1). Tighten to 45 N.m (33 ft. lbs.).

Install the filler line (5) to the one way check valve at the quarter turn valve (2). tighten the line to 5 N.m (44 in. lbs.).
Check the fuel lines for leaks using an air leak detection fluid.

Install the upper cylinder tank cover (2).
