Sensor, Camshaft Position: Installation: 6.7L

  1. Lubricate the O-ring seal (2) with clean engine oil.

  2. Install the Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor (2) and tighten the bolt (1) to 12 N.m (9 ft. lbs.).

  3. Connect the CMP sensor wire harness connector (1).

  4. Install the left front wheelhouse splash shield (Refer to SHIELD, SPLASH, FRONT WHEELHOUSE ) .
  5. Connect both of the negative battery cables.
