6.7L Diesel

  1. Disconnect both negative battery cables.
  2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  3. Remove air cleaner body and the turbocharger inlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL, 6.7L .
  4. Remove the generator assembly. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVAL .
  5. Remove bolts (1) and the water pump (2).
  6. Remove and discard the O-ring seal from water pump (2). Clean water pump sealing surface on cylinder block.
