Theory Of Operation

The brake switch stuck on test checks for a high vehicle speed condition where the brake switch is continually pressed.

Possible Causes 

BRAKE PEDAL POSITION (BPP) SENSOR IMPROPERLY INSTALLED, DAMAGE OR MECHANICAL FAILURE
BRAKE PEDAL POSITION (BPP) SENSOR NOT CALIBRATED
BRAKE PEDAL POSITION ASSEMBLY
BRAKE PEDAL POSITION (BPP) SENSOR
ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS) MODULE
