High Output Engine

  1. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL .
    NOTE:

    Ensure that the friction shim stays with the damper when it is removed. It will need to be reinstalled with the damper.

  2. Remove the four bolts (1), vibration damper (4), and friction shim (5).
