TENSIONER, Belt: Installation: 5.7L

NOTE:

When installing accessory drive belt onto pulleys, make sure that belt is properly routed and all V-grooves make proper contact with pulleys.

Position the belt tensioner assembly (4) onto the front of the engine block. Tighten the bolt to 41 N.m (30 ft. lbs.).
Install the accessory drive belt (3). Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, INSTALLATION .
