Possible Causes

COOLANT THREE WAY VALVE POSITION SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO THE SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT
COOLANT THREE WAY VALVE POSITION SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO GROUND
COOLANT THREE WAY VALVE POSITION SENSOR
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)
