Theory Of Operation

Doors:  After receiving the appropriate Door Lock/Unlock request over the communication network, the Body Control Module (BCM) controls an internal relay to provide voltage to the Door Lock/Unlock Motors (integral to the Door Latch) on the Door Lock Relay Control circuit or the Door Unlock Relay Control circuit.

RamBox and Tailgate:  After receiving the appropriate Tailgate Lock/Unlock request over the communication network, the Body Control Module (BCM) controls an internal relay to provide voltage to the RamBox and Tailgate Release Lock/Unlock Motors (integral to the Latch) on the Secondary Lock Driver circuit or the Secondary Unlock Driver circuit.
