The PCM Detects Battery Voltage Lower Than A Calibrated Threshold For A Pre-Determined Amount Of Time. Battery Voltage Was Removed From The PCM While It Was Powered On. This Could Be During Engine Operation, Or After Key Off While The PCM Was Powering Down. The Power Down Phase Can Last Up To 10 Minutes.
