Possible Causes

POWER TAKE-OFF (PTO) SYSTEM NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY
PTO SWITCH OR CIRCUIT FAILURE
BRAKE SWITCH
ENGINE OR FUEL MODIFICATIONS THAT EXCEED OEM SPECIFICATIONS
ACCELERATOR PEDAL POSITION (APP) SENSOR
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  PRE-DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE - 6.7L  .
