Shroud, Steering Column: Removal: Lower

  1. Remove the upper steering column shroud. Refer to SHROUD, STEERING COLUMN, REMOVAL .
  2. Remove the steering column opening cover from the instrument panel. Refer to COVER, STEERING COLUMN OPENING, REMOVAL .

  3. Remove the lower shroud to column retaining screw (1) and carefully move the lower shroud over the steering column tilt lever and off the steering column.
