Lower EGR Tube

  1. Clean all gasket sealing areas.

  2. Install a NEW  lower EGR tube gaskets.
  3. Install the lower EGR tube (2). Tighten the bolts (1) to 25 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).

  4. Install the lower EGR tube bolts (2) and tighten bolts to 15 N.m (11 ft. lbs.).
  5. Install the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). Refer to FILTER, DIESEL PARTICULATE, INSTALLATION .

  6. Install the fuel injector silencer (1).

  7. Install the engine cover (1).
