Line, Diesel Exhaust Fluid Supply: Removal: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cables.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  3. Remove the nuts (2) and the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) tank shield (1).

  4. Disconnect the DEF supply line heater wire harness connector (1).
  5. Disconnect the DEF supply line Norma connector (5) to DEF pump. Refer to FITTING, QUICK CONNECT, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  6. Disconnect the supply lines from retaining clip on body.

  7. Disconnect the DEF supply line Norma connector (1) from the dosing injector. Refer to FITTING, QUICK CONNECT, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  8. Disconnect the supply line routing clip and remove the supply line.
