Possible Causes

Possible Causes 
(C13) A/C COMPRESSOR CLUTCH CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
TOTALLY INTEGRATED POWER MODULE (TIPM)
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  PRE-DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE - 6.7L  .
