Possible Causes

LOW COOLANT LEVEL
ECT SENSOR TEMP SIGNAL OPEN/HIGH RESISTANCE
SENSOR GROUND OPEN/HIGH RESISTANCE
THERMOSTAT
ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE (ECT) SENSOR
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)
