The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) determines that there is a leak in the Low Pressure Fuel Delivery system based on inputs from the High Pressure Fuel system, Fuel Tank Level Signal, Emissions systems, and other engine conditions. This DTC will cause active regeneration to be disabled.
