When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Condition One:
- Ignition on.
- Output stages power supply is activated.
- Output stage is commanded to 0% Pulse Width Modulated (PWM).
- Power supply voltage is within a calibrated range.
Condition Two:
- Ignition on.
- Output stages power supply is activated.
- Output stage is commanded between 5% and 95% PWM.
- Power supply voltage is within a calibrated range.
