WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2012 RAM Pickup. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The Infrared Temperature Sensor pulse with modulated (PWM) signal to the A/C Heater Control is less than 5% for a continuous period of 60 seconds. If the A/C Heater Control detects a valid PWM signal, the DTC will change from active to stored and will stay stored for 100 ignition cycles.
