Lamp, Tail Stop Turn: Removal: Lamp

- Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
- Lower the tailgate to access and remove the two screws (1) that secure the rear lamp unit (5) to the side jamb of the tailgate opening.
- Pull the outboard side of the rear lamp unit rearward far enough to unsnap the two receptacles on the outboard side of the lamp housing from the two plastic snap post retainers (3) in the outer box side panel.
- Pull the lamp away from the vehicle far enough to access and disconnect the two wire harness connectors (2 and 4) from the two bulb sockets on the back and bottom of the lamp housing.
- Remove the lamp from the lamp opening of the outer box side panel.
