When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- Enable Conditions for Check 1:
- Ignition is on OR the TCM is in power-on state.
- The engine is not in cranking mode.
- The Hydraulic Pressure Sensor Diagnostics have not failed.
- Enable Conditions for Check 2:
- Ignition is on OR the TCM is in power-on state.
- The engine is not in cranking mode.
- The Hydraulic Pressure Sensor Diagnostics have not failed.
- The hydraulic pump driver feedback diagnostic has not failed.
