When Monitored

This diagnostic runs one time after the ignition is turned on and the following conditions are met:

System voltage between 9.0 and 16.0 volts.
BCM variant data received more than once over the CAN Bus.
BCM variant data is in a valid range.
Vehicle Configuration Learn Routine not finished.
